How credits work

Four steps, no surprises

1
Try one idea free

Sign up and test your first idea with 100 people. You see the verdict, the summary, a competitor and the answers to your questions. No card needed.

2
Buy credits once

Pick a plan or buy just the credits you need. There is no subscription, and credits never expire.

3
Spend them as you go

A run costs 10 credits with any crowd, from 100 to 5,000 people. Unlocking the full report and PDF costs 2. A what-if rerun costs 5. Every paid run also comes with the Game Plan and all founder tools at no extra cost.

4
Top up any time

When credits run low, add more. Your past reports stay yours, unlocked, for good.

Questions

About credits

What is a credit?

Credits are how you pay for what you use. One full cycle (a run, its full report and one what-if) is 17 credits.

Do credits expire?

No. Credits stay on your account until you use them.

Does a bigger crowd cost more?

No. A run costs 10 credits whether you ask 100, 500, 1,000 or 5,000 people. Bigger crowds just open up once you have credits.

What if a run fails?

If a run fails on our side, the credits it used go back to your account automatically.

Is there a subscription?

No. You pay once for a plan or a top-up, and nothing renews.

Which plan should I pick?

Starter suits testing one or two ideas. Builder is the best value if you will compare a few ideas or angles. Pro is for agencies and founders testing many ideas.
